Our sushi man Jhonattan De la Cruz studied 2 years of cooking at IES Blanca Dona and then another 2 years in hostelry as a Cook at the Hofmann hostelry school (Barcelona).

 

He has an extensive experience having worked for several years as a cook and chef in prominent places such as Blue Marlin Ibiza, Restaurant Debut Barcelona, Restaurant Hofmann in Barcelona, Ibiza Gran Hotel and Restaurant Chinchin in San Sebastián, País Vasco.
