The Arigató Sushi Ibiza restaurant stems from the vision of businessman Rafael Tur and his love for Asian culture, especially Japanese food. Tur started in the world of hospitality at a very young age and at 17 he opened his first restaurant in Ibiza, Pizzeria Los Inmortales. His continuous trips to Asia and his great experience in the restoration encouraged him to open a Japanese restaurant in Sant Jordi de Ses Salines, Ibiza.
